As a thermal insulation material, Xinyixin insulation board has excellent thermal insulation performance. Its stable chemical structure and physical structure have long durability, and its thermal insulation performance changes little over time. Unique high resistance to water penetration

As the Xinyixin insulation board has a close closed cell honeycomb structure, the molecular structure of polystyrene itself does not absorb water, so it has water resistance, moisture resistance, and impermeability. The volume water absorption rate of the board is less than 1% (the water vapor permeability coefficient is less than 3NG/[Pa · m · s]), which is much smaller than other hard insulation partitions such as polyurethane and EPS.

XPS extrusion board is extruded polystyrene insulation board, is the polystyrene resin as raw material, other raw materials and polymer inclusions, heating and mixing, and then injected into the catalyst, and then extruded into the rigid foam board. I. Types of materials Different types of insulation materials (thermal insulation materials) have different thermal conductivity. The physical thermal properties of insulation materials differ according to their material composition, and their thermal conductivity or coefficient of thermal conductivity differs according to their insulation mechanism. Even for insulation materials made of the same substance, the difference in thermal conductivity can sometimes be significant due to differences in internal structure or in the control process of production. For solid insulation materials with low porosity, the thermal conductivity is greatest for crystalline structures, followed by microcrystalline structures and least for vitreous structures.
